Our video material is presented
with significant annotation, allowing viewers to easily follow the content,
and tightly edited to circumvent real-time delays which would otherwise
unnecessarily lengthen the runtime. We are based in England, and target our
material toward an English-speaking audience. Each video tutorial is supported
by an extensive written description including links to relevant resources, as
well as commands which can be copied and pasted into your projects.
Say “hello” in the Comments
section of our videos, and let us know if you have a better, faster or more
economical solution to the issues raised. We’re happy to help where things
don’t go to plan, and welcome your feedback about hurdles encountered following
our tutorials. We will reply wherever possible, and only ask that all
discussions are kept polite, constructive and friendly.
TechFixFlix was founded as a
YouTube channel on 1st October 2018, with our Twitter account
launched in parallel. Three years and over one hundred videos later, we have
expanded our portfolio to include a web presence at www.techfixflix.com, allowing us to
diversify into areas which are more suited to the written format.
TechFixFlix is a participant in
the Amazon Services L.L.C. Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program
designed to provide a way for websites to earn advertising revenues by
advertising and linking to Amazon.com and its international equivalents.
Membership of this scheme generates revenue used to create web and video
tutorials, and accounts for around 4.5% of lifetime income for the channel.
TechFixFlix uses Google AdSense
to display advertising surrounding its video and web content, generating
revenue which finances the channel, accounting for around 95% of its lifetime
income.
